Curbside Assistance for Trash Collection
The City of Carrollton offers curbside assistance for residential sanitation customers who are 65 years of age or older or unable to move their trash bin to the curb due to a disability.

If approved for curbside assistance, please follow these guidelines:
- Place all household trash inside the City-issued trash bin.
- Make sure the lid can close completely.
- Keep the bin visible in front of your home.
- Make sure the bin is easily accessible and free from obstacles such as parked vehicles, fences, gates, or other items that could prevent collection.
Curbside assistance is available only to qualifying residential customers and is subject to approval by the City.
