This form allows water bill customers to opt out of the City of Carrollton Waterbill Roundup Program, which allows customers to round up their water bills to the next dollar. Round-up funds support students and teachers in Carrollton City Schools by providing field trip experiences for students who cannot afford them, college scholarships, and classroom grants for unique learning materials.If you elect not to participate, please complete the form below.
